1. Who we are

Givartz is a business innovation agency based in Panama City, Republic of Panama. You can reach us at contact@givartz.com or on WhatsApp at +507 6038-9622.

2. Agency services

Information about agency services (branding, advertising, growth systems, production and development) is indicative. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms for that project.

Marketing results depend on factors we do not fully control (market, budget, product, third-party platforms). We work to professional standards but do not guarantee specific sales, reach or growth outcomes.

3. Givartz Academy account

To access courses you need an account linked to your email address. Sign-in works through a secure link we send to that email; we do not use passwords.

You are responsible for keeping control of your email and for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Purchases and payments

Givartz Academy modules are sold separately as a one-time payment in US dollars (USD). They are not subscriptions.

Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller of our digital products. Polar handles the charge, the invoice or receipt and any applicable taxes, and its Buyer Terms (polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to the transaction. Givartz never receives or stores your card details.

The applicable price is the one shown on the Polar checkout page at the time of purchase.

5. Pre-sale and waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy. Waitlist members keep the announced pre-sale price when the module launches.

Launch dates are estimates and may change. If a module is sold before it is complete, its page will say so clearly.

6. Course access

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the module you bought. "Lifetime access" means access for the entire life of the product on Givartz Academy, including updates to that module.

If we ever stop offering a module, we will notify you at least 90 days in advance.

When you complete a module you may receive a Givartz Academy certificate of completion. It is a recognition issued by Givartz, not an official academic degree, and it is not accredited by any ministry of education.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• ✦Share your account or sign-in links with other people.
• ✦Download, record, copy, resell or redistribute the videos and materials.
• ✦Use the content to create courses or products that compete with Givartz Academy.
• ✦Attempt to bypass the security measures of the site or the video player.

If we detect misuse, we may suspend or cancel access without refund.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the Givartz brand, courses, videos, templates and materials belong to Givartz or are used under license. Client names and logos shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners.

9. Refunds

Givartz Academy refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Course content is educational. The third-party tools and platforms we teach (for example Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads or AI tools) may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Givartz’s total liability for any claim related to a module is limited to the amount you paid for that module.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date; changes do not affect purchases already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably — write to contact@givartz.com.
